Return Policy
At KALOS LLC, we offer a 2 week return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a store credit.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will review it, and if approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the item. Please note, refunds to the original form of payment are not available.
Damages or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@kalossupps.com so we can resolve the issue and make it right.
